Terms of Use

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this course platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing any of our courses. All content is protected by copyright law.

2. Subscription Model
Access to a selected course is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for subsequent monthly charges after the first 14 days, regardless of course usage or login activity.

3.  Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided you have not started more than 50% of the course content (measured by the number of videos included in the course). Each video counts equally toward this total, regardless of its length or content.

Refund eligibility is voided once more than 50% of the videos have been started, even if not completed. This policy allows you to fairly evaluate a course while protecting the value of its content.

It is your responsibility to assess a course within the refund period. No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the date of purchase, under any circumstances.

4.  Account Use and Conduct

Each subscription is for individual use only. Account sharing, redistribution of course materials, or any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.

5. Course Access
You will retain access to course content for the duration of your active subscription. Cancelling your subscription will allow access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access will be revoked.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the course creator. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without express written permission.

7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and stable internet connection. The courses are optimized for modern web browsers on desktop and mobile. We are not liable for access issues due to individual device problems, browser compatibility, or internet outages.

8. Support and Contact
For any questions related to billing, course access, or refunds, please contact us at: [email protected]

We aim to respond within 48 hours during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).

If you encounter a technical issue (such as login difficulties or video playback errors), we recommend contacting us first. If the issue is related to our course platform (Teachable), we will escalate it to their technical team on your behalf.

Please note: Our courses are designed for independent, self-paced learning, and we are currently unable to offer teaching support or tutoring via this support channel.

9. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your course or billing, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

10. Student Responsibilities
Success on a course requires active participation and personal effort. It is your responsibility to engage with the material, complete the recommended activities, and take ownership of your learning journey. Results may vary depending on your level of commitment.

11. Policy Violations and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to account sharing, content misuse, or abusive behaviour.

12. Modifications to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of any course after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Global Access and Jurisdiction
The courses are available to students worldwide. However, any purchases, usage, and disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. By enrolling, you agree to this jurisdiction regardless of your country of residence.
